About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Eighty Two Hundred LLC as a Grill Crew Member! In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for creating delicious grilled dishes while ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and grill a variety of meats, vegetables, and other menu items to perfection.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and surrounding areas.
- Follow food safety guidelines and ensure high-quality food standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and address any inquiries.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive attitude.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred.
- Knowledge of grilling techniques and food safety practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Passion for food and commitment to excellent customer service.
- Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid food handler’s permit.
